I couldn't find the Games tab (or anything with the same content) in User Settings. Anyways, it was for a non-whitelisted game, so that may be why. But I could not use the overlay at all, so I couldn't turn it off.So, I have discovered how to turn it off, and I want to post it here for reference in the future by others: Hold the SHIFT button (I did the left) and then while holding shift press the backtick button, which looks like ` (it is directly below the Escape button in the upper far left corner).
