Check time zoneFirst things first. Unless you have already checked, it’s a good idea to make sure that you have selected a correct time zone. Here is how to set the time zone in Windows 10:Step 1: Click on the clock in the taskbar to open the flyout, and then click Date and time settings link.Step 2: Click Date & time to see all date and time related settings.Step 3: Under the Time zone section, make sure that your time zone is selected.
If not, select a right time zone from the drop-down menu. If the service is stopped or configured to start manually, Windows 10 might display incorrect date and time. I found another solution, which worked for me. I added an extra clock – which showed the correct calendar date and time – then removed it – and then the original clock also showed the correct calendar date and time too. It originally was offset in time by 12 hours in the calendar relative to the task bar clock – then after tweaking the settings, it was offset by 2 hours, then 0 hours but after more adjusting it jumped to 23 hours, but finally after adding the clock and removing it, it went back to showing the same calendar date and time as the task bar clock., now permanently hopefully.Borderline Wildboy says.

In Date & time, you'll see the current date and time displayed at the top of the screen. Underneath this, you'll see an option to Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically - if you turn these toggles on, Windows will automatically set the date and time based on your device's current location.
